Processing and Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Please allow 4-6 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next business day. During holiday periods, please be advised that there may be delays in processing and shipping.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 6-12 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping Promotions
- Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions apply only to shipments within Canada. Orders shipping to countries outside of Canada do not qualify for free shipping.
Order Accuracy and Processing
- Payment Information: Ensure that your payment information is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete payment information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
- Out of Stock Items: If any items in your order are out of stock, your order will be canceled, and payment will be refunded.
Shipping Responsibility
- Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items for shipments marked as "delivered". Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct and for claiming their package with the appropriate carrier.
- Tracking and Contact: Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number, you are responsible for contacting UPS or any other courier service for shipment-related issues.
Returned Packages
- Incorrect Shipping Information: Returned packages due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded for the original shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Delivery Issues
- Tracking Status: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your shipment, please contact the courier service used to open an investigation.
